1. Introduction

Welcome to LINGARAJ REFRIGERATION Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AC repair, installation, maintenance, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

LINGARAJ REFRIGERATION Services operates across Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri regions of Odisha, India. Our services are subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Scope of Services

We offer the following AC-related services:

  • AC Installation — Professional installation of window and split air conditioning units of all brands, including bracket fitting, pipe routing, electrical connections, and performance testing.
  • Gas Charging — Refrigerant gas refilling (R22, R32, R410A) with leak detection and pressure testing to restore optimal cooling performance.
  • AC Servicing — Comprehensive servicing including filter cleaning, coil foam wash, drain pipe flushing, and overall performance optimization.
  • Repair & Maintenance — Diagnosis and repair of AC issues including PCB repair, compressor troubleshooting, fan motor replacement, thermostat issues, and remote control problems.
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — Yearly plans that include scheduled deep cleaning services, priority booking, gas top-up, and discounted repair work.

3. Service Booking & Scheduling

Services can be booked by contacting us via phone call or WhatsApp. We offer same-day service where possible, subject to technician availability. Scheduled appointments are confirmed via phone. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the communicated time window.

We are available Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Emergency services may be available outside of regular hours at additional charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

All service prices are provided as estimates before work begins. The final cost may vary based on the actual work required, parts needed, and the severity of any issues discovered during service. We are committed to transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

  • A visiting/inspection fee may apply and will be adjusted against the final service bill.
  • Spare parts and refrigerant gas are charged separately at market rates.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods.

5. Warranty Policy

We provide a 30-day warranty on all services from the date of service completion. This warranty covers:

  • The same issue recurring within the warranty period will be addressed at no additional service charge.
  • The warranty applies only to the specific service performed and does not extend to unrelated issues or new problems.
  • Warranty on replaced spare parts is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, improper use, or natural disasters.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service booking at any time before the technician's arrival at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched and is en route, a nominal visiting charge may apply. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our technicians.
  • Provide accurate information about the AC unit and the issue being experienced.
  • Ensure a stable power supply during the service.
  • Make the AC unit accessible by clearing any surrounding obstructions before the technician arrives.

8. Limitation of Liability

LINGARAJ REFRIGERATION Services shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing defects or damage to the AC unit not disclosed at the time of service.
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, power surges, or improper usage after service.
  • Consequential losses such as loss of perishable goods, business interruption, or property damage arising from AC malfunction.
  • Delays in service caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, transportation issues, or part unavailability.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect minimal personal information (name, phone number, address) solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Contact information may be used for service follow-up and promotional communications, from which you can opt out at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of LINGARAJ REFRIGERATION Services and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
